Hi! I'm Anne aka The Sleep Nerd 🛌🌟😴

I'm a certified sleep coach and my mission is to help people build healthy sleep habits - for life

Sleep is often the first thing in our routine that we neglect when life gets busy.

Even though we know it's important, it can often seem elusive to us. We find it hard to settle down at night and our overactive minds keep us from getting the restful nights we deserve.

As someone who has not only struggled with sleep in the past but has also faced unique challenges due to my ADHD, I know that sleeping well can feel like a never-ending battle.

Through my research and experience, I have found an approach that doesn't involve â€‹quick "hacks" that never seem to work, strict sleep hygiene rules or one-size-fits all routines.

Let me guide you through a personalised step-by-step programme with practical tips and evidence-based strategies to help you find your own rhythm.

You can build a healthy relationship with sleep and I'm here to support you on this journey.

Success Stories

Alex Bertrand, Director of Partnership Sales

"When I started working with Anne,  I was only sleeping around 4.5 to 5.5 hours every night, waking up multiple times, and stuck in a cycle of overthinking. I was often worried that I would not sleep enough and have a terrible day. Within just a few weeks, I added 1.5 hours of sleep on average, learnt how to control my thoughts and I applied some elementary advice without turning my life completely upside down.

I feel more energised, in a better mood, and less worried about the next day. My memory has improved and I do not feel that sugar need in the evening anymore.

The "coaching part" is really what helped me. The dialogue and the personalisation is what made it work for me. We can find a ton of advice out there, in books, on the web, but when we started digging into each area, I realised that there might be 10,000 different reasons why people experience the same symptoms.

Finding the root cause alone is like finding your way in a labyrinth, blindfolded.

Anne guided me through each step, so that I could find my way.

Frankly, I loved her approach and each of the steps. Everything was perfect!"

Dan Swimshow, Software Engineer

"Before working with Anne, I was pretty worried that I wasn’t sleeping well.

I felt like I was getting up and being disrupted many times during the night and I would often find it hard to fall back asleep. Once I had a bad night sleep, I would often wake up in a bad mood, and I was struggling to regulate my emotions.

The most important thing that we worked on had to do with misconceptions about sleep that I previously had.

By working with Anne, I was able to understand how my body essentially takes care of itself meaning and recovers from sleep naturally which made me less worried when I would have a bad night and therefore more likely to sleep well the following night.

I have also stopped taking regular naps - a coping mechanism I was using to catch up on lost sleep.

I would tell anyone struggling with sleep that they should definitely look into this program because there are so many areas that can be worked on and even if you only need one or two sessions, it is well worth the time."
